Official sources

Notice IDs, dates, buyers, CPV categories, values, and documents come from public records on udbud.dk. The official notice and tender documents are always the final source.

How the catalog is organized

We organize each notice as Tender → Lot → Item → Component. We keep the original structure when it is available and track any structure we add to make a notice easier to explore. Each Item is identified as a Product or Service.

English titles and descriptions

Nemudbud provides English titles and descriptions to make notices easier to browse. We prepare them when we update the catalog, not when you open a page. They may simplify the original wording, so check the official notice when details matter.

Updates and corrections

We check the catalog against udbud.dk on a schedule. We validate changes before publishing them and keep older notices available in the archive. The catalog was last updated on 5 September 2026.

Privacy

We do not use cookies or collect information that identifies individual visitors. For referral analytics, we keep only daily totals for broad traffic sources, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or organic search, and broad page types. We do not store IP addresses, browser details, search text, or full referrer URLs.

Limits and corrections

Some source fields may be missing. English descriptions and catalog levels can simplify complex procurement documents. Check all requirements, dates, and deadlines in the official notice. Report suspected errors to Pattrnz.
