For suppliers

Find opportunities that fit what you can deliver.

You know what your business can do. Finding the public buyers who need it is harder. A notice title may describe a whole building, vessel, or IT system, while your opportunity lies in one component or specialist service. Nemudbud helps make those connections visible.

How Nemudbud helps you find relevant demand

Nemudbud is digital infrastructure built by Pattrnz for the early stages of procurement in Denmark. Together with Nordic Procurement Labs, we help people understand procurement needs and connect them with what organizations can deliver.

Look beyond the notice title

Explore the products, services, and supporting capabilities inside a procurement. Your role could be a particular work package or a contribution alongside other suppliers.

See demand before a tender closes

Explore expected purchases and market dialogues alongside tender notices. Earlier visibility gives you more time to understand the need, ask questions through the official process, and consider potential partners.

Start with your capabilities

Use your company website as a starting point for mapping your capabilities against real procurement signals. You can try this in our first smart procurement portal, review the reasoning and decide which opportunities merit your team’s time.

An illustrative example

A large procurement can contain a very specific opportunity.

A planned facility could need ventilation, monitoring software, maintenance, and specialist installation. A small business may be relevant to one of those needs without being able to deliver the entire facility. Finding that connection is the start of an investigation into scope, requirements, and potential delivery partners.

  1. 01A broad purchasing need
  2. 02A specific product or service
  3. 03A role worth investigating

A working example

See a smart portal in action.

Our first smart procurement portal covers DALO, the Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation. It shows how procurement signals can be connected with your company’s capabilities. Browse public notices and purchasing needs without an account, or try website matching to create a private opportunity report. Use the reasoning to choose what to investigate, then check the requirements and eligibility in the official documents.

Go to the DALO portal Try website matching

Website matching in this example uses the portal’s current notice catalog. You can reuse previously analyzed pages without a pilot access code, but you’ll need a code to analyze new pages.

More detailed support for your business

If you would like to go further than this portal example, we can work out a useful starting point together. We’ll discuss what you need to know, what information is available and how we could help.

A fuller picture of your company

Your website may not tell the whole story. We can explore how information about your experience, certifications, capacity and constraints could make an assessment more useful.

A closer look at the requirements

If a particular tender interests you, we can discuss reviewing its documents against your company’s capabilities. That could help you identify supporting evidence, missing information and requirements to check with your team.

Support for your next decision

Before you commit people and time to an offer, we can help you work through which opportunities deserve attention. We can agree a review that considers gaps, potential delivery partners and questions your team needs to resolve.

What could a better view of opportunities do for your business?

Tell us what you supply and where you need a clearer answer: finding relevant demand, improving your company profile, or assessing a particular opportunity.

We’ll discuss where Nemudbud could help and agree a practical next step.
